This service generates AI agents that interact with your APIs and third-party APIs on your behalf. You are solely responsible for the APIs you connect, the data processed through them, and any actions taken by the generated agents. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect any API to this service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vlandor LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with this service — regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
This includes, without limitation, any damages resulting from: actions taken by AI agents generated through this service; API calls made on your behalf; data loss, corruption, or unintended modification; service interruptions, errors, or downtime; or any interaction between the generated agents and third-party services.
We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
You acknowledge that AI-generated agents may produce unexpected behaviour, make incorrect API calls, or take unintended actions. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and supervising any agents before deploying them in production environments. We strongly recommend using approval workflows and testing in sandbox environments first.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
